Intellectual Property Rights of Custom Shirts by Rich and Third Parties

Custom Shirts by Rich is dedicated to the legal and appropriate use of the intellectual property of others, and we want our users to behave similarly. Unless otherwise noted, every material, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written and other materials that appear on the Custom Shirts by Rich Site (collectively the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Custom Shirts by Rich.

By using the Custom Shirts by Rich Site, you agree to limit your use of Licensed Marks to uses that are directly related to such third parties and to comply with any restrictions or conditions imposed on the use and access of the Licensed Marks by the third parties. Custom Shirts by Rich will notify you of such terms if your usage is in violation.

Generally, products designed using images available on the site should not be commercially resold. If you wish to resell such products, you agree to contact Custom Shirts by Rich and verify the legality of reselling such products before doing so. Designs created using the images and text tools available through the site are in no way the exclusive property of the customers who assemble such designs. Custom Shirts by Rich retains the right to display such designs or offer them (or variations of such designs) to other customers.

Additionally, Custom Shirts by Rich has the sole discretion to discard any order that it considers libellous, defamatory, obscene, profane, portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, religion, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for Custom Shirts by Rich production.

You agree to not use Custom Shirts by Rich's Service to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.

Anti-Sweat Shop Policy

Custom Shirts by Rich supports high standards for labor environments. Accordingly, we seek to collaborate with suppliers who employ such standards within their operations. Custom Shirts by Rich relies upon referrals, reputation and, in some cases, personal inspections to identify such vendors.

Payment Policies

Custom Shirts by Rich accepts online or telephone payment via credit card, debit card, or electronic check (ACH). All payments sent electronically are securely transmitted.

Custom Shirts by Rich also accepts payment through a purchase order for qualified customers. Invoices may be paid by debit or credit card or check.

Shipment/Delivery Times

Custom Shirts by Rich's orders are generally delivered within 14 days. Customers who are worried about meeting deadlines should contact a Sales/Service Representative.

Returns Policy

Custom Shirts by Rich goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Custom Shirts by Rich accepts returns and will refund the payment if and when customers are disappointed by Custom Shirts by Rich merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating is below a reasonable range of expectations, or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

For Standard Delivery orders, you may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of submitting your order.
